TEXAS JAMBOREE IN Conroe October 18 and 19 in 2019. CHECK OUT THE WEBSITE:

I wanted to update everyone on information regarding the 2019 TX Jam.
1.  Jam Website – The website was compromised.  Some have been successful in getting to the website but others find that they are directed to a pharmaceutical company.  We are working on building a new website and will release it shortly!  I will send out an email when it is up and running.  Until then I will provide as much information as possible in this email.
2.  KOA Cabins – ALL OF THE CABINS HAVE BEEN BOOKED!  If you would like to be put on a waiting list in case if someone cancels please email  I will contact people on a first come first serve basis when I am notified of a cancellation.
3.  Jam Hotels – Thought the cabins are booked you can still get a hotel room.  I have also attached the list of hotels which we have room blocks for.  You will want to book soon as Conroe is busy with other events in October and the hotels may also fill.
4.  Registration – For your convenience, I have attached the registration form so you can print and send in when ready.  Please don’t forget to make a sandwich and drink selection when filling out the form.
5.  Restaurant list – I have also attached a list of restaurants in the area for your reference.  Just in case if you want to scope out eating places before you arrive.
6.  Jam Dance List – I have also attached the dances which are currently on the Jam list.  We are in the process of picking the next five primary dances.  Voting ends on June 15th so I will be emailing an updated list as soon as the selection is complete and I have picked floor splits for these dances.
7.  T-Shirts – There are two options for shirts this year.  Both shirts are black v-neck shirts.  The material is lightweight.  They have a tendency to run a little big.  You have the option of having the shirt with the infinity symbol in Bling and Pink lettering.  Or for those that want something more subtle, there is black on black.  Kind of a ghost look.  The infinity symbol and writing are done in a grayish color.  I have attached pictures of both shirt options.

Friday, October 18th:
● 2:00 PM – Doors open for registration
